- Scaled multi-org Salesforce platforms to process millions of concurrent customer and billing events during tier-1 global broadcasts (NFL Super Bowl, Olympics, and FIFA World Cup)
- Championed enterprise observability by exposing custom Salesforce REST telemetry APIs integrated with Prometheus and Datadog for real-time alerting
- Modernised CI/CD across propositions by migrating legacy Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions, embedding static analysis (Salesforce Code Analyzer), automated API integration suites, and UI regression tests
- Architected a proposition-agnostic feature flag framework, allowing 5 streaming brands to share a unified codebase and cutting time-to-market for new territory launches
- Led the engineering team's AI adoption, introducing agentic developer workflows and delivering a Salesforce RAG proof-of-concept
- Mentored mid-level engineers through to Senior Developer promotions through architectural reviews and pairing
